We’re accredited to the RICS and employ our own team of fully qualified Chartered Surveyors and Valuers with specific experience in property SIPPs.

Easy to instruct

Instructing us is straightforward, but must come via the SIPP administrator and on behalf of the relevant entity that owns your SIPP investment.

Simply confirm your instruction with your dedicated Curtis Banks Property Administration team in Ipswich or Bristol.  They will then instruct us directly.

We will complete the work and report directly back to the Property Administrators.
